AVP - MIS Reporting - Global Bank

Our Client :

Our client is one of the largest global Banks with demonstrated strengths across Corporate Banking, Consumer Banking and Investment Banking. They are looking to hire a seasoned analytics professional to lead their APAC MIS Reporting team in Chennai.

Role :

Based out of Chennai and reporting into the VP, you will be required to:

- Execute and deliver on MIS and Data Management requirements

- Ensure adherence and improvise existing Change Management process

- Standardize metrics and templates

- Provide business insights

- Create new reporting requirements ( Regional and Global Reporting )

- Process Automation and Enhancements

- Manage a team of 8-10 analysts

- Development of Self Service Business Intelligence Capabilities

- Define Process documentation and coding standards

Successful Applicant

As a successful applicant, you must have :

- Master degree in Information Technology / Information Systems / Computer Applications / Engineering/ Business Administration from a premier institute.

- Bachelor degree holder from the above faculties with additional 2 year of experience

- People management experience

- 8-12 years of relevant work experience in MIS / Reporting / Data analytics/Data Management within Banking / Financial Services / Consulting / Analytics Industry

- Experience in managing a large MIS or Data Management Initiatives

- Hands-On knowledge on the following technologies - SAS( Advanced ), UNIX, COGNOS, Tableau/Microstrategy, VBA, Automation etc
