We have an immediate requirement for an AVP: CORPORATE FINANCE DIVISION for a Delhi based boutique CA firm  MAJOR RESPONSIBILITY AREAS  50% Business Development & 50% Execution   I. EXECUTION & SERVICE DELIVERY  Execution of Transactions undertaken by the Employer. These may include Facilitation & Advisory Services such as:  - Equity Placement through domestic & international sources including PE Funds, HNIs & Family Offices  - Debt Funds Sourced through domestic and international sources  - Deal Structuring & Capital Structure Planning  - Business Reconstructions through Mergers & Demergers  - Mergers & Acquisitions  - Joint Ventures / Foreign Collaborations  - Advise on applicable regulatory framework under RBI / FEMA for NRIs / Foreign Companies / Joint Ventures / Wholly Owned Subsidiaries of Indian Companies etc.  - Transaction Support including preparation of Information Memorandums, Business Plans, Valuation Reports, Due Diligences etc.  - Other Corporate Finance Advisory Services  II. CLIENT MANAGEMENT  Interacting with Promoters / Senior Management of allocated client groups for ensuring management & successful execution of assignments  III. SUPERVISION & TEAM MANAGEMENT  Managing & Supervising the allocated team to ensure efficient utilisation of resources for completion of transactions  IV. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT  Interacting with existing Clientele & generating new leads through our network & associations for expanding on existing business & identifying new opportunities  PREFERRED CANDIDATE PROFILE  - Chartered Accountant / MBA (Finance) with a track record of academic success  - At least 5 years work experience in investment banking or Corporate Finance (M&A)  - Excellent Communication & Presentation Skills  - Supervisory & Leadership Skills & the Ability to work in a Team  - Excellent General Commercial Knowledge & High Degree of Self Motivation  Interested candidates may mail their updated resumes with current and expected CTC
