Also define long term marketing strategy for company's premium brand.  - Execute marketing campaigns with the help of central sales and marketing team.  - Will be responsible for all communication for the brand.  - Will be responsible for driving PR for the brand.  Desired Competencies:  - Should have great understanding of premium fashion products/brands an eye for taste. Also understanding of premium imagery.  - Should be having great understanding of behaviour and psychology of premium Indian consumers.  - Must be well aware about premium fashion space in India and outside India market. What has worked and failed.  - Clear strategic thinking and approach .  - Highly creative and understanding of marketing and brand building   - Driven and passionate leader with clear point of view about luxury fashion.  - Should have good network in fashion space. With designers, stylists etc  - International exposure
