Role: AVP Marketing (Consumer products)  About this role:  - The Associate Vice president marketing Consumer Product group will lead Marketing of client’s of consumer Product Group and will be responsible for strategy, planning, execution and achievement of marketing linked product business goals.  - This position reports to the VP of Marketing and will focus on translating overall revenue and product goals into marketing objectives and delivering results in coordination with marketing channel teams, sales ,product and business line owners.  - Owns delivery and achivement to be of business goals deliveed through marketing function in consumer products  - Act as a key leader in defining the startegy , focus areas , plan and exceution of marketing goals of all Consumer Products  - Define the plan, budgeting and monitoring of marketing initiatives of consumer products across marketing channels - digital, offline partnerships, content and social channels   - Owns postioning ,messaging, pricing and segment strategies for consumer products   - Acts as key identifier and initiator of intitaives based on customer insight and new opportunities across segments and geographies   Responsibilities:  - Defining and owning marketing goals,metricsand targets in line with business and Product goals for Consumer Products  - Work with Product owners and country heads to define, execute and deliver ,marketing results across marketing segments and geographies for Consumer Products   - Work with marketing channel heads across digital,brand,events and partneship and social content to develop and manage marketing mix across channels and mediums   - Drive research/understanding of current and potential customers to lead customer focused descisions and initiatives   - Managing the customer journey (customer relationship management) through marketing communciation and engagement  - Develop and drive deep market understanding including researching and reporting on external opportunities  - Manage external agencies along with channel heads to deliver high quality,effiective and efficient assets and programs   - Drive and create positioning as thought leader and reference point in consumer healthcare space through content and enagement programs   - Drive and deliver on program to make marketing the key performance partner for sales in terms of sales lead management and conversion efficiencies  Requirements:  - 7-10 years of Marketing experience, with atleast 2 years experince in leading a high performing marketing function of Consumer focused Ecommerce / online company   - Proven track record of delivering exponential growth in user base and enagement for consumer focused online product /service   - Should have managed a marketing budget of a min of Rs 15 Cr PA  - Experience in leveraging multiple channels across digital, offline, events, content marketing and partnerships at scale to deliver high growth .  - Highly analytical and metrics-driven leadership style  - Track record in delivering results with innovative approaches in marketing and customer engagement   - Track record of success in providing analysis, strategic direction, and specific business recommendations to drive business results  - Advanced Experience in the digital and social marketing   - Advanced experience at driving and delivering hyper growth in mobile app based consumer acquisition and retention strategied  - Experience in having built and executed a brand is a plus  - Proven ability to drive data / research based decisions on pricing / positioning and market constraints   - Clear and demonstrated ability to lead through though leadership and people skills  About the client: Fastest Growing eCommerce company, which is in to consumer service
