AVP/Manager - Leadership Hiring at Captive of Global Fortune 500 Corporation
Role:
- Creating a talent pool that is equipped to take up leadership roles in the present and in the future
- Support the recruitment plan to ensure timely delivery of the long term plan to support business growth
- Maintain a strong database of leadership level profiles across verticals/ functions
- Meeting with leadership level profiles and pitching suitable profiles to internal stakeholders for open/ potential positions
- Drive the achievement of Leadership hiring targets
Requirements:
- MBA (HR) preferably from a premier institute
- 5-10 yrs of experience with good experience in leadership hiring
- Should have excellent communication skills and people handling skills
