One of our clients, a leading Asset Management Company is looking for a right candidate for the below mentioned position.  AVP/Manager - Digital Marketing  Basic Job Purpose:  - Manage and improve the Online Sales platform for the organization  - Manage Digital Marketing activities for the organization  - Conceptualize, Develop and Implement emerging marketing trends to help manage an image makeover  - Manage our website and demonstrate thought leadership by leveraging all technology platforms to run an efficient acquisition engine  - Drive online traffic to company website and build engagement  - Manage all Digital Marketing Communication including Social Media activities  - Set up a process of periodic competitive benchmarking  - Develop the Mobile Platform as a channel for Sales, Service & Marketing  - Drive efficacy and improve productivity of these marketing channels  - Assist in planning & budgetary control of all online activities  - Improve Cost efficiency  - Project management including coordinating with different teams including Design, Technology, Operations and Finance to successfully take the project live.  - Effective negotiation with external partners and agencies, delivering measurable results through multi-faceted marketing and communications programs via online mediums (website, SEO, social media).  Education & Experience:  - Minimum Qualification - Post Graduate.  - Qualified AMFI (Advisor’s Module / NISM Series V-A).   - Certification in Digital Marketing will be preferred  - Over 5 to 6 years' experience and demonstrable track record in digital marketing development and management including web, extranet and intranet sites, email marketing and online campaigns.  - Sound knowledge of Online Marketing techniques and practices contained within the category of Internet/ Digital Marketing such as internet, mobile, search engine marketing (SEM) and Social Media Optimization (SMO), email marketing and ORM / Social Media management for enhancing servicing, engagement and conversion of customers.   - Budgeting, strategizing & execution of Digital marketing activities as per business objectives.   - Online Advertising: Contextual ads on search engine results pages, banner ads, Rich Media Ads, Social network advertising, interstitial ads, online classified advertising, advertising networks and e-mail marketing, including e-mail spam.  - Interactive marketing – online marketing tactics, product launch websites, Social Media strategy, business requirements for web functionality, strategic and creative direction to agencies  - Search Engine Marketing: SEO Optimization, PPC Management, Analytics, Link Building Strategy, Keyword Research.  - Knowledge of some relevant tools like Adobe Dreamweaver CS3 / Flash CS3 / Photoshop CS3 / Google Analytics will be preferred  - Should be aware of some relevant Design Methodologies like : User-Centered Design or Goal-Directed Design  - Basic understanding of some programming languages like : HTML/XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, Ajax, Web 2.0, Java,J2EE, XML, ASP.NET  - Have supervised or worked on Content Management Systems  - Used Advertising Tools like : Google Analytics, Web Trends, Google Ad Words  - Thorough knowledge of CPA, CPC, CPM, e-mail buys, paid search, mobile and other conventional and unconventional internet advertising/acquisition models  Interested may send your profiles with current CTC details  Premnath Bojan, Datamatics Staffing Services Bangalore.
