We have an urgent opening in Mumbai with a client.  Job Description:  - The successful candidate will work with a large investment bank, supporting the Firm’s equity derivatives and prime services businesses.   - The role involves managing OTC derivative documentation (ISDA and ancillary agreements), repurchase agreements and prime brokerage documentation (including prime brokerage agreements, securities lending and ancillary agreements) and advising on legal and regulatory issues arising from initiation to termination of derivatives and prime brokerage relationships.   Specifically, this role is responsible for:  - Conduct resource planning  - Identify risks and issues and develop appropriate mitigation plans   - Proactively manage, monitor and report on execution of deliverables and status  - Manage critical path, dependencies, and contingencies  - Ensure the project stakeholders' expectations are understood and managed   - Ensure that the project team follows all quality assurance processes   - Recommend process improvements   - Oversight of project plans  - Resource management  - Service management  - Reporting and governance   - Escalation and issue resolution  - Continuous improvement  - Resolve people related issues  - Support the functional PMs and SMEs  - Manage project deliverables   - Partnering with key stake holders   - Building robust BCP plan   Manage Workflow Transition as balance of agreements change due to new regulations such as Clearing:  - Manage transition from the initial project to a full BAU state   Candidate Profile:  - Minimum of 8-10 years of experience (including time spent with a major law firm or as in-house counsel to a financial institution) representing financial institutions in equity derivatives transactions and related activities  - 8 to 10 years of client service and problem solving leadership within a leading consulting firm or an internal project services/ consulting group   - Significant project management experience required   - Experience in change management on a multi-facet areas   - Experienced at working with investment management professionals and front-office personnel with emphasis as liaison between the groups   - Process and Data Modelling and Master Data Management best practices knowledge is a plus - Experience working with legal and documentation teams is a plus   - Delivered a large multi-million dollar budget program   - Experience managing document extraction   Qualification : Lawyer / Graduate  Experience : 8 – 10 years   Location : Mumbai   - The candidate will be expected to travel to various domestic and international locations to manage the projects onsite and should be open to travel.   - The candidate should have a valid passport   In case you wish to explore the opportunity, please feel free to call me on 02065100881.  Reema Maheshwari Founder & Chief Consultant Credence HR Services LL- 020-65100881 LinkedIn: in.linkedin.com/in/reemamaheshwari/ Visit us : www.credencehrservices.com
