Brand Ambassador -  - Design and conduct Employee CSAT surveys and then work closely with BU Heads to implement the employee recommendations in the organization  - Pro-actively identify the people pulse of the business and resolve employee queries with ease  - Organize employee engagement activities on the floor and bring innovative ideas that lead to employee motivation  - Identify - Best in Class HR Practices- in our industry sector and implement them  2. Business Process Owner -  - Design SOPs of HR processes and induct them into the organizational DNA through seamless change management  - Conduct a crisp Induction Program that aims for the best value proposition for the organization as well as the new employees  - Own and maintain the Employee Master Database  - Lead Employee Engagement, Employee Retention and Grievance Management initiatives  3. HR Lifecycle Integrator -   - Study the existing HR lifecycle and recommend HR process automation opportunities - focus on system efficiencies, minimizing unforced errors and saving human efforts  - Design and implement Core HR Balance Scorecard to enhance the departmental efficiencies  - Integrate HR systems, processes and in-house tools into the organizational ERP  4. Chief Knowledge Agent -   - Build an internal mindset of a Learning Organization by designing and implementing - High Impact L&D Programs- for employees across all levels  - Own the Knowledge Management repository and come up with innovative and effective ways to enhance the organization-wide adoption of our KM database  5. Facilities Director -   - Ideate, innovate and implement - Best Place to Work- strategies on the Facilities and Maintenance front  - Identify industry best practices on efficient administrative practices and implement them at our organization  6. Administrative Driver -  - Identify, design, implement and drive key employee benefit programs  - Keep the facilities at par with the brisk pace of growth in our people and infrastructure  Reporting Structure -  - This position reports to the COO  - The following profiles report to this position -   I.
