AVP - HR Systems Expert (SAP/SuccessFactors)

Role / Responsibilities:
Consult HR stakeholders how strategic topics and processes can by optimized and innovated by HR technology
Proactively follow market trends in HR technology and the respective vendors
Follow SAP/SuccessFactors releases for new/changed features and capabilities
Engage HR network of professionals in the area of reward and recruiting to gain business insights and manage change through further digitisation
Support release, change and incident management process
Consult and coordinate requirement collection and respective prioritization with key stakeholders with focus on business requirements understanding rather than technical implementation
Drive and foster a customer focused, result oriented and solution driven mindset and culture
Deputize other HR system capabilities next to Reward and Recruiting
Lead and contribute to current and future implementation projects
Coordinate testing and test changes and releases
Change Management:
Proactively consult business stakeholders on market trends and vendor road maps
Consult business stakeholders on regular system releases and any other upcoming requests, specify business requirements, conduct testing including definition of test scenarios and support IT counterparts throughout the change management process
Communicate changes and provide training to stakeholders
Incident Management:
Support incident management process in close collaboration with IT counterparts to ensure fast resolution of issues and report back to business stakeholders
Release Management:
Drive understanding of planned releases from the SaaS vendors to determine opportunities/impact to further improve and simplify business processes. Consult the relevant stakeholders accordingly in order to ensure the most efficient use of digitisation and innovation
General:
Act as the HR System Expert in close collaboration with the business representatives and IT counterparts
Close cooperation with IT and other HR System Experts/Consultants Experts as well as with the HR Process Specialists / Experts
About You:
Minimum of 4 years of working experience with SAP/SuccessFactors, of which at least 2 years with HR Systems for Talent Management/ onboarding, in a functional or business consulting role
Strong, client-facing, consulting experience
Experience in HR and HR processes
Strong project and change management knowledge and experience
Good understanding of full SAP/SuccessFactors suite in implementation projects
Graduate degree is desired (BA or higher)
Strong communication and presentation skills
Able to liaise with all hierarchies across different business functions
Strong team player and interpersonal skills
Proactive and entrepreneurial thinker
Strong analytical skills
Proficient in English
