Purpose of the department:

The HR Analytics team provides business consulting support for businesses and functions globally, through analytically driven HR insights and decision support solutions.

The role requires continuous engagement with business partners across the globe to understand scope and deliver accurate and timely information for continuous monitoring and appraisal against strategic objectives and industry benchmarks in HR domain, leading to a competitive advantage and informed decision making.

The job primarily involves build HR analytics competency and deliver application of analytics in Human Resources domain to provide insight and analytical solutions Globally as follows:

- Provide consulting support aligned to needs across different HR functions, and not limited to Human Capital Metrics (Head count, Diversity, Movement, Joiners & Leavers etc), TROD – Talent, Resourcing & Organizational Development, Performance Management and Learning

- Identify and deploy HR metrics on OBIEE platform to allow management visibility on ROI on human capital

- Drawing synergies from larger analytics teams to support standardization, process optimization

- Design and deliver industry benchmarked re-deployable global solutions in HR domain

Roles and responsibilities:

- Working as part of both a virtual and physical CoE team, ensure timely production and delivery of accurate HR Reporting and Analytics

- Responsible for effective management of stakeholders under own remit and will act as an escalation point for Relationship Managers, interfacing with initiatives relating to R&A and Data improvement/control, to ensure requirements are met

- Responsible for managing the on-going improvement and transformation of the R&A Service/Process/Procedures for own area/ overseeing effort from CoE team members on a continual basis to ensure a ‘gold’ service is provided.

- The role holder is expected to take initiative and provide analysis and commentary and mentor more junior Relationship Managers.

- Increased adoption of the Group’s strategic tool – an implementation of Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) and contribute to its on-going improvement. This is a “hands on” role using this strategic Business Intelligence tool, with support from colleagues locally and Regional Relationship Manager of Americas who are part of a global, virtual team.

- Organize and manage work-streams to replace existing HR reporting with the new, strategic Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) toolset from gap analysis through to implementation and immediate support.

- Effectively communicate all aspects of the risks, issues, challenges, and progress of various work-streams.

- Translate business/functional requirements into solutions.

- Accelerate HR Reporting & Analytics capability by driving technology enabled analytical solutions to business problems.
