Role:

- This position is with a Leading Global Fortune 500 firm

- Support the business by leading HR generalist activities like Employee Engagement, Talent Management,
Performance Management, Succession Planning, Attrition Analysis, Career Planning & Mobility, etc.

Requirements:

- MBA (HR) from a premier institute with 4+ yrs of experience in an HR Business Partner/ HR Generalist role

- Candidate should have expertise and experience in various aspects of HRM activities

- Should have worked in organisations with robust HR practices or captives of Global MNC Banks or Captives of Global MNC organisations
