We are hiring for a leading bank for AVP HR - Benefits Administration role

Location: Mumbai

Roles & Responsibilities:

In this role the incumbent is responsible for the overall employee benefits administration activities, which broadly includes Administration of Sharematch schemes, Overall Employee Insurance related operations & administration, Car Lease Scheme administration and Managing Section 85 compliance. Each of these activities involve enormous amount of engagement with employees, stakeholders and vendors.

In this role, the incumbent is expected to deliver superior experience for employees while managing these activities. For some of the benefits, this role also requires constant engagement with the senior most executives and hence such cases need to be dealt very promptly and sensitively.

The person also acts as a single point contact for the overall employee benefits management. This role involves high level of complexity and hence the person is expected to be completely hands on from a policy perspective to avoid any policy deviation and to be able to answer complex queries of employees in a satisfactory manner.Apart from the overall administration of these benefits, the Letter issuance for all these benefits, such as Car Lease, Sharesave etc are entirely managed by this desk.
