- Candidate should be in operation.

- Candidate should have more experience in payer side.

- Any graduate.

Job description:

- Find more effective ways to serve existing customers.

- Reduce cost without effecting quality care.

- Reduces fraud and drives customer satisfaction and retention through superior service.

- Processing large volumes of data.

- Query resolution rather than the number of calls.

- Reduces number of enquiries by analysing customer behaviour and focuses on predicting and resolving the customer's issue on first call.
