Industry: Information Technology, Application Managed Services, Retails, Manufacturing, BFSI  Reports to: Vice President/ Head of AMS Practice (3000+ member team)  What will you do here-   - You will transform the company by individually driving its AMS practice.  - Your job will revolve around Client's CEOs, Directors and other CXO level folks, needless to say that you got to be confident, well groomed and comfortable in networking on the fly.   - You will work closely with AMS practice head in responding to RFPs, driving pre-sales solution on the ground and working on solution building.   - You will drive vertical/service heads for the service planning, roll-outs, metrics etc.   - You will acquire client relationships in your markets and then scale them up.  This is a high activity role. Your direct impact on the organization's business will be $5Million upwards.  Profile Summary:   - At a minimum, 15 years of Managed Services experience.   - Must have managed teams and interacted with CXO levels.  - Must have worked in Application support, maintenance, development in various roles including service delivery manager roles.  - Must have handled presales role for 2 years plus a good solution writer.   - An ITIL V3 certified expert.  - Must have handled service planning and Build solutions.  Desired Skills & Experience:  - Good to have writing white papers experience. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.   - US, EU customer exposure are a desired. A Team player.   - Experience in Application Portfolio Rationalization and management. These would be technology differentiators - Define the service (vertical service planning)
