GM/AVP TM, L&D,Employee Engagement  Location - Ahmadabad  - Design and draw clear Learning & Development interventions and guide the team to attain desired objectives  - Understand and drive Talent Management Framework, toil closely with each functional clusters in addressing PMS/ Succession Planning / Hipos Assessment & Development programs.  - Spearhead the Employee Engagement interventions under Designing Programs of specific interventions like Skip level; Town Halls and Rejuvenation events aligning Functional clusters.  - Lead all HR matters under total Lifecycle management through HR - ops team  - Take onus & Act as collaborator and coach HR - resources in delivering all agreed HR interventions under each functional cluster.
