We have been retained by a foreign bank to identify an ASSISTANT VICE PRESIDENT- GLOBAL TRANSACTION BANKING to be based at Bangalore.   Key Responsibilities:  - Handle Customers Cash and Trade Solution (Products / Services) roll-out.  - Arrange for activation of relative Cash and Trade online platforms at customers premises.  - Provide technical and product support to growing corporate customer base and increase channels usage.  - Run training sessions at customers premises and provide brief on best practices and tips.  - Conduct Post Implementation Surveys to obtain customers feedbacks on product performance, suggestions and relay information to business development.  - Handle MIS reports and extract / generate various types of reports to evaluate business growth and products utilization.  - Manage utilization growth by improving customers experience and attending promptly to customers queries.  - Coordinate with IT to develop data conversion and system interface programs as require. Ensure successful data upload and download to and from customers systems to and from Bank channel.  - Resolve and track issues /problems raised by Corporate Customers regarded availed products.  - Coordinate with other departments as and when needs arise to ensure consistent implementation of products and service quality.  - Assist in different duties and related tasks in respect to Cash and Trade as well new projects launch / UAT.  - Maintain good rapport with Relationship Managers and join them on calls.  The Quantifiable Objectives:  - Number of deals activated/ Product utilization and Revenue generation.  - Number of customers being serviced and supported.  - Number of days to resolve customer and product issues / Number of problems and issues resolved.  - Number of customer surveys conducted / Number of post implemented reviews conducted.  - Number of suggestions to improve implementation processes.  Candidate Requirements:  - Excellent project management skills.  - Experience leading or influencing cross functional business activities.  - Excellent influencing and negotiations skills.  - Critical thinking/ good analytical skills and an eye for detail.  - Ability to work independently under pressure and tight deadlines.  - Proven teamwork skills.  - Good communication skills and presentation skills.  - Ability to balance multiple priorities and resolve conflicting priorities.  - Client facing experience.  - Good process management background (e.g. Six Sigma / Lean experience / Project Management).  - Process mapping skills, documenting of procedures.  - Good Understanding of Cash & Trade products and services & ERPs & related technologies.  - Awareness of banking laws, rules and regulations.  Candidates should have CA or MBA from a premium business school with 8 to 10 years relevant experience in Cash & Trade Implementation.
