AVP Global Business Development – BPO/ outsourcing

Reporting to – Head Business Development.

Job Description

- Contribute to the growth of the Global business by identifying and executing on business development opportunities for new clients while growing existing ones.

- Work closely with Target Companies ‘C’ Level stakeholders to influence their strategy; will present our capabilities and value to prospects and vendors and prepare solution proposals.

- Relationship management, will assist in forging relationships in his/her industry with existing and/or potential customers.

- Effectively understand customer operations / customer CTQs, Partner with RFI/RFO teams to develop and present Outsourcing proposals.

- Develop and present Outsourcing proposals, which include cost/benefit analyses and recommendations.

Desired candidate:

- Graduation and MBA from Tier1 or 2 B School.

- 9 – 14 years of experience in Outsourcing/ BPO Industry.

- Business Development/ Sales/ Hunting experience in US, Europe Preferred.

- Outsourcing experience working with Fortune 500 companies preferred.
