Client :Large financial services organisation leaders in their field.

Role : AVP - Fund Raising - Partnership & Communication

Experience : 10 to 15 years

Job Location : Mumbai

- Incumbent will be responsible to conceptualize, design, execute & communicate corporate social responsibility initiatives.

- Liaison with Corporates / PSUs for initiating skill development projects as a part of their CSR initiatives and generate revenue

- Planning, developing and executing CSR strategies.

- Build and maintain profitable, long-term fundraising relationships with current donors and potential donors.

- Identify key Stakeholders, develop and implement stakeholder engagement mechanism and initiatives.

- Measure the impact of CSR Programs and enable the stakeholders to review the progress at regular intervals.

- Effective communication on CSR projects with internal & external stakeholders.

- Presentations & MIS reports to Management and Funding bodies..

- Liasoning and networking with National level NGOs / Consultants on need basis.

- Monitoring, auditing and evaluation of initiatives undertaken by the partner institutions.

- Drive initiatives for attracting CSR funding towards skill development

- To plan, organize and maintain networking with all interested parties i.e., PSUs, Corporate etc.

- Monitoring of employees to ensure accurate implementation of required skills

- Establish metrics for measuring the impact of the company's CSR practices.

- Must be well versed with policies and procedures related to CSR.
