Looking for Fund Accounting Operations background who has BPM and Six Sigma Mandatory experience. The person is more like a Project guy overseeing their Joint Ventures. He/She should have managed Transitions.
General Profile
- Oversees and ensures successful on-site due diligence visits by business partners
- Assumes overall responsibilities for assigned projects/initiatives of self and team and drives execution to ensure targets, budgets and milestones are met.
- Cultivate continuous improvement culture leveraging Lean and BPM methodologies to enhance IFAO service quality
- Conducts high-level business impact analysis involving initiatives to determine project approach, structure, scope, resource requirements, organizational impact and priorities.
- Manages and provides direction and support to project staff in developing approaches/plans, executing their assignments, resolving critical issues, resource contentions and prioritizing efforts.
- Creates and/or reviews and approves team proposals regarding project plans, approaches, scope, priorities, etc.
- Manages overall project communications, risks and issues resolution, including communication with sponsors and management concerning project status and issues.
- Manages client expectations and anticipates client needs; sets direction for resolution of complex problems and works across the organization for consensus.
- Prepares various statuses, activity and performance reports for management.
- Promotes development and implementation of project methodology, tools, best practices and controls to improve process and overall quality of service
Manages project staff and performs related management duties: hiring, performance management, coaching and development of staff.
Knowledge Expertise
- Bachelor's Degree in technology, business, finance or equivalent. MBA a plus
- At least 10 years of related experience (business analysis, implementation, project management) with at least 4 years of supervisory experience
- Excellent management skills
