AVP-CRO-Investment banking- Pune (8-12 yrs)  Please find below jd for Pune location for AVP Level.   JD : AVP CRO  Organization : Investment Banking  Location : Pune.   Requirements :   - Experience required total more than 9 Years, where 4-6 years should be in Business Analysis.   - This is a business analyst role where we are looking Functional BA from Risk Domain.  - Candidate should be working in Investment banking organization.   - It is an individual Contributor role.   The incumbent will have responsibilities not limited to below :   - Drive overall risk delivery stream with in front to back program  - Manage one or many projects/work streams for global programs  - Attend weekly governance calls (design, working group, control etc.)  - Allocate resources and oversee analysis tasks  - Report status to various governance committees  - Manage monthly budget submission  - Resolve interdepartmental analysis issues  - Drive design, documentation, change request sign-off   - Senior stakeholders management  - Manage project materials; create and own project plans, risks, issues management tools  - Provide guidance and recommendations when required  - Propose new initiatives to enhance the effectiveness of the programme  - Ensure deliverables meet required quality standards  - Develop and maintain a Communications Plan  - Produce progress and other management reports   The candidate must have :   - Demonstrated track record of creating detailed project plans with multiple phases/tasks and tracking dependencies and resource allocations  - Strong business knowledge of the Banking Industry and/or Financial Services  - Significant experience of embedding risk management in a complex organization  - Desired understanding of Regulator delivery programs, ideally in Risk and Finance  - Good understanding of market and credit risk data and processes  - Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for tasks and people  - Proven ability to communicate with all levels of management in a clear, concise manner  - Excellent organizational, problem solving, leadership, written and verbal communication skills  - Ability and confidence to challenge and raise issues/risks and drive solutions for benefit of the project  if interested apply along with below details :   Current CTC:  Expected CTC:  Current Location:   Reason for job change:  Experience into BA role:  Experience into Risk domain:  Ankita Mishra  Enigma Executive Search  09807673995
