The Finance Team of 25 members is broadly responsible for:
- Financial Control Activities like GL, Treasury, Tax
- Finance Operations like Accounts Payable, Receivable and Payroll
- Financial Budgeting & Performance
Educational Requirements : Chartered Accountant or Cost Accountant
Certification required: None
Range of Experience: 10 to 13 years
Role Title: AVP
Skills required : Technical Functional/Behavioural:
- Select the appropriate competency
- 10-13 Years of Post Qualification experience of which around 3-5 I similar role
- Knowledge of generally accepted accounting, Internal Control principles, SOX
- Handled audit by big four
- Implemented new Systems and Process
- Experience in IT or ITES company - Well developed written and oral communications skills

Responsibilities + Duties:
- Managing Key Risk of Reporting
Managing Financial Control activities like:
- Statutory Accounting and Reporting
- General Ledger Accounting and Control
- Fixed Assets Accounting and Control
- System and Process Improvement, Automation, Benchmarking
- Statutory Audit
- IFRS Consolidation, SOX, etc
