Key responsibilities

1.Maintaining relationship with Financial institutions

2.Independently manage the specific mandates including origination and execution

3.Build a team below the level and help them in moving up the ladder by sharing the knowledge and experience

1.Number of mandates originated

2.Value of mandates originates

3.Execution of the mandates (including self sourced / sourced by other team members)

4.Revenue achieved

5.Overall Team development

Essential knowledge/skills: Finance, Relationship management, business acumen / maturity to read between the lines, Industry expertise, Communication skills, People management

Desirable knowledge/skills: Understanding of other international financial market, relevant regulations, etc.
