Position Details  We are looking for a person who wishes to work in a fast paced start-up environment, has a desire to accelerate his career in service offerings in analytics and process outsourcing and wants to develop into strong leader that that can help grow and develop a high performing team.   You must be self-motivated, ambitious, and passionate about leveraging analytics in finance and accounting services and eager to help shape a new business line. You will be based in Gurgaon  Background  Masters in a Quantitative field or an MBA   Relevant years of experience, either in Finance and Accounting processes or in Analytics with broad exposure to multiple industries  Numbers driven, relationship based delivery/solution experience is essential  Hands on experience in analytics delivery preferably in finance and accounting domain is a big plus   Ability to understand business processes and apply analytics to improve efficiency and deliver tangible business impact to end client organization   Should be dynamic to understand current as-is business process and recognize where analytics intervention is applicable.   Basic understanding of latest advancements in analytics, Big Data analytics and Machine Learning in particular, is a big plus  Demonstrated stakeholder management with at least 2 years of exposure to the C-suite  Excellent communication skills, oral as well as written  Consistent over-achievement recognition in a matrixed environment  Job Responsibilities  - The role entails creating and articulation of the most optimal solution managing risk, tech, effectiveness and costs to the client. This will be both in Verbal and Written form. The LSA should also be able to enhance deal win ratio & margins through the right solution. This will require people leadership, in-depth understanding of our delivery model, and client relationship management.  Independently leading RFP responses & proactive pursuits in the area of finance and accounting analytics  Analyzing client processes & performance and providing data-driven analysis to highlight areas of improvement  Conceptualizing and designing solutions, and articulating their value proposition to clients  Ability to bring in high end analytic techniques which are practical  Generating proposals and delivering presentations, demos and proof-of-concepts to showcase capabilities and transformation solutions   Liaise with Account Managers & Vertical Field Force to penetrate and up sell into existing accounts (both hunting and farming), positioning a variety of analytics led value propositions  Proactively identify niche opportunity areas within Finance and Accounting, and help define value proposition for analytics  Represent the Analytics Business in client discussions on RFX responses, trade shows and other industry networking events
