Lead end to end F&A Operations as well as Transformation programs.  Plan & execute Transition and Migration of Processes .  Transformation of Processes delivered within SSC  Identify and design solutions for new services which can be delivered to internal customers  Identify the areas and scope for Productivity, Quality and Efficiency within the processes delivered by SSC  Assist the SSC Head in various Centre-wide initiatives and Programmes  Engage with the SSC Operation Leaders on the Transformation and Improvement initiatives, provide them with regular status update and get the desired support and focus of the operational teams  Execute thru a continuous improvement culture to ensure the how work is done and what is done is optimal  Manage vendor and external audit process when necessary  Provide enhanced level of customer service to internal and external groups globally.   Ensure processes operate within the Groups Sarbanes Oxley programme and Standard Policy and Procedures.
