I am looking for Senior Manger / AVP for a Large BPO client in Chennai.

Position : Engagement Manager (AVP) for P2P / O2C

Job Description :

- The person should be qualified CA, ICWA or MBA with 12+yrs of experience.

- Must have handled delivery role with a decent size of direct & indirect headcount of say 100 to 200

- Must have delivered significant benefit to the process, client & organization

- Must be willing to manage delivery role along with,

i) responsible for managing assigned resources (money, people, technology)

ii) bring new ideas to the table to improve the process & deliver significant cost benefit to the process

iii) mine the existing account or cross fertile from other accounts to grow the account

iv) fully responsible for governance & business reviews in terms of preparation, organizing & execution of presentation materials & other requirements

- Must be having good technology understanding to be able to explore possibility of automations

- Must work closely with client to identify pain areas & suggest & implement improvements

- Must be good in communication (both oral & written), fluent & able to articulate well
