Company: NBFC  Role: AVP - Credit  Business: Wholesale Lending  Location: Mumbai  Roles & Responsibilities:  - Evaluate proposals of debt and structured finance for real estate developers across India.  - Financial analysis of clients & markets, identification and optimization of risk identified. Structuring deals & presenting to senior management committee for approval.  - Establish a system for sourcing of transactions that fit into the credit lending philosophy of the company.  - Take complete responsibility for the transaction post disbursement to ensure repayment of interest and installments & timely collections.   - Keeping abreast of all regulatory and economic developments taking place in the real estate sector and establish a system to record the same and spread knowledge/information within the organization in a systematic manner  Requirements and Qualifications:  - Qualified CA / MBA (Finance) with good understanding of the financial markets, financial products  - 4 - 8 years of strong credit & structuring experience  - Ability to lead/work in a team environment and ability to consummate the transaction in a time-bound manner  - Ability to suggest alternative solutions for ring-fencing a given transaction and thereby act as enabler while safeguarding the interest of the Company.  - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
