AVP - Corporate HR - Manufacturing

Position: AVP Corporate HR

Reports to: VP HR

Location: Pune

We are Antal International, a UK based Leadership hiring firm; currently hiring for an AVP HR for a large sized Indian Listed Organization to be based out in Pune

Ideal Candidate:

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

- HR Business consolidator ( Non - Manufacturing) - Strategize & ensure HR strategy implementation across businesses

- Talent Acquisition ( Non - Manufacturing): Establish and lead the recruitment policy & practices necessary to recruit & retain effective personnel. Ensures timely recruitments

- PMS (Non - Manufacturing): Plan, implement and administer the developed PMS in a timely, correct & effective manner to align employees with the strategic goals of the company

- Statutory Compliances ( Non - Manufacturing)

- Employee Services:

- Administration: Oversee the administrative functions and provide direction to the administrative team for effective functioning and optimization of costs

Education

- Graduate in any stream

- MBA / Full time diploma in Management with specialization in HR

Experience

- 15 yrs of work experience with at least 4 - 5 yrs in corporate HR function in mid-size to large size industries handling similar responsibilities
