Responsible for the full scope of HR Generalist activities Employee Engagement, Employee relations, Talent Management & development and Implementation of various HR policies

Design and conduct Employee CSAT surveys and then work closely with BU Heads to implement the employee recommendations in the organization

Lead Employee Engagement, Employee Retention and Grievance Management initiatives

Responisbile for managing L& D

Identify industry best practices on efficient administrative practices and implement them at our organization
