The team plans to expand and grow both in numbers and location.   - To be a part of this energetic and unique team by sourcing, curating and updating accurate information please see the job description below  Responsibilities:   - Be an integral part of the senior management that drives people and processes at the global Content team   - Essentially, an operations management role ( experience with knowledge related operations will be preferred)  - Scaling up content operations worldwide   - Constant coaching/ mentoring and ensuring individual growth of the team in addition to the overall growth   - Driving recruitment and training across different verticals/ markets   - Communicating with Regional Business Directors/ Country Managers/ Product Managers to drive new initiatives to make Content on the website more user-friendly   - Identifying process inefficiencies & redundancies and working towards making the processes efficient   Requirements:   - 5+ years of work experience in the online services industry   - Must have good team handling experience and operations management experience.  - Good interpersonal skills and 3+ years of experience in managing and leading teams   - Possesses startup acumen - strong work ethics, willingness to get hands dirty and get stuff done   - Good business judgement, prioritization, focus and ability to multi-task while working in a highly charged environment   - Intelligent and self-motivated; should be willing to work hard to achieve and exceed targets   - Comfortable with working for long/ unpredictable hours and willing to travel on short notice   - Innovative, enthusiastic and a quick thinker   - Ability to inspire others and move toward a common vision or goal   - Prior startup experience is a bonus!   Location : Delhi/NCR , Gurgaon  Compensation : 18 lakhs – 22 lakhs p.a  Team Unnati
