AVP - Compliance Review - CA - BFSI

Annual Compliance Review planning :

- Lead and conduct compliance review as per the approved compliance review plan

Monitoring of open compliance review issues

- Review of new products and process notes.

- Assist in providing compliance training to the staff.

- Assist in preparation of monthly / quarterly / annual submission to Board / Audit Compliance of the Board

- In depth knowledge of the regulatory environment for the banks in India particularly RBI & FEMA requirements

- Good research capabilities and intelligent interpretation of regulatory guidelines.

- Good knowledge of all the elements (commercial, operational) of banking areas like Trade, Remittances, Treasury, Loans & Advances e.t.c.

- Demonstrated ability to drive results and be very effective in a start up

- Good interpersonal skills.

Key Skills :

- Chartered Accountant (preferably first attempt). A degree in Law or Company Secretary will be an added benefit

- 7-8 years post qualification experience in Financial Services environment, preferably in compliance review / audit function of Bank/ Statutory / Internal Audit of Reputed Chartered Accountant Firm is essential.
