AVP - Company Secretary - BFSI

Role Summary/Purpose:

- Preparation of Notices, Agenda and Minutes of Board Meetings, Committee Meetings and General Meetings.

- Preparation and filing of various Forms as required under the Companies Act.

- Regular upkeep and maintenance of various Statuary Records and Registers under Sections 150, 151, 301, 307, 77A etc.

- Preparation & filing of forms / documents relating to annual accounts of the company with regulators like ROC, etc.

- Should be well versed with the Companies Act, FEMA Provisions etc. t

Essential Responsibilities:

- Preparation of Notices, Agenda and Minutes of Board Meetings, Committee Meetings and General Meetings.

- Preparation and filing of various Forms as required under the Companies Act.

- Regular upkeep and maintenance of various Statuary Records and Registers under Sections 150, 151, 301, 307, 77A etc.

- Preparation & filing of forms / documents relating to annual accounts of the company with regulators like ROC, etc.

- Should be well versed with the Companies Act, FEMA Provisions etc. to handle various Corporate Actions.

- Coordination with various authorities i.e. ROC, DOT, RD, RBI, CAG etc.,

- To internally liaison with other teams / departments for collation of data as required for functioning and also to provide information /data required by other teams concerned.

Qualifications/Requirements : CS - Company Secretary
