One of our clients, A leading MNC Bank is looking for a right candidate for the below mentioned position.  AVP-Clearing Operations  Location: Delhi  Basic Job Purpose:  - The incumbent is required to manage the smooth operations of a unit in Trade and Treasury Operations (Corporate Banking Operations) Delhi / NCR Operations like Clearing / Cash Management / Exports/Imports/Guarantees/LC/ Domestic Trade, etc as per the laid bank's operating policies and regulatory guidelines  - The incumbent requires regular engagement with regulators, customer, business, vendors and other third parties. The incumbent is required to manage various initiatives on an on-going basis including, process refinements, expense reduction, system enhancements, etc in close coordination with partner units such as technology, product, sales, Service etc . The incumbent is expected to have efficient people management given that the team size could be 15-25 personnel is composed of officers, staff, makes, checkers, vendor employees etc. Overall, the criticality of unit requires the incumbent to be highly dynamic, goal oriented and a very thorough people’s manager.  - Create opportunities for Cost saves / identification of revenue seepage and implement initiatives  - Expense Management and Strategic Cost Saves Initiatives- including continuous productivity improvement through automation and process streamlining   - Tracking branch expenses to ensure prudent expense management.  - Reinforcing the importance of expense management within the team  - Ensuring that each person works towards expense controls in their respective work areas.  - Drive changes to reduce long term expenses by making suitable investment in Technology, infrastructure etc  - Manage a team - leaves, training requirements, work allocation, job rotation, coaching, training and performance management - This is an ongoing activity which is achieved through continuous feedback sessions with employees, service meetings, huddle, job rotation, skip interviews etc.  - Supporting & guiding the team through new processes, business initiatives, and contests & motivating them in active participation in branch events.  - Reward and recognition for performance / talent.  - Support individual development plans for team members including training needs identification & incorporated in individual goals.  Tracking Employee productivity and work towards optimization  - Process risk identification and mitigation  - To ensure all Trade account and processes are under control and have no ageing  - Ensuring that all regulatory, statutory & compliance standards are met.  Education & Experience:  - CA/MBA from top B schools with 5-10 yrs of Clearing/ Cash management operations experience from reputed bank.  Interested may send your profiles with current CTC details to: preambojan@gmail.com  Premnath Bojan, Datamatics Staffing Services Bangalore.
