AVP - Catalog Operations - FMCG

He would be responsible for:

- Scaling up Catalog operations as per business requirements while ensuring building up of efficiency.

- Ensure that day to day Catalog inward planning from warehouse is in sync across locations and smooth running of operations.

- Should be able to balance dynamic output between Marketplace catalog and Inventory catalog

- Develop and execute a road map for developing alliances with catalog vendors in tier 2 cities

- Maintain yearly attrition below 15% by working closely with HR
