- Managing campus recruiting programs across India  - Employer Branding  - Talent Analytics  - Driving the full life cycle of recruiting campus hires, from strategic planning to process execution to wrap-up.  - Partner with Leadership and HR stakeholders to design and implement a campus recruiting strategy to hire Undergraduate and Graduate candidates.  - Partner with HR business leaders to determine overall capacity needs, on-boarding and training dates.  - Manage/track candidate pipeline and report recruiting metrics to key stakeholders.  - Oversee the development of all recruiting marketing materials including job descriptions, corporate presentations, resume screening materials, interview guides etc.  - Lead School Teams in executing the firm's recruiting strategy. Travel to campuses to lead presentations and participate in networking events
