Job Description: AVP – Business HR (Head)

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 12 – 15 years

Preferred Industry: IT / ITES / Financial Services / Banking 

 - HR Business Planning – Strategic consultation with Business around how they will utilize their human capital effectively and efficiently

 - Talent Management – Leadership competencies, development, succession planning

 - Organizational Design – Assisting business through reorganizations, outsourcing, and acquisitions

 - Organizational Effectiveness – Strategic optimization of human capital organizational structure and alignment to strategic initiatives

 - Provide leadership, direction, and expertise to enable Senior Leaders to manage large-scale business

 - Partner with business clients to build and execute human capital plan in achievement of overall business strategy, objectives, and goals
