Our client is an innovative Fintech company that is revolutionizing the business of short term finance. The company is an online lending startup that is driven by an app-enabled technology platform to solve the funding challenges of SMEs by offering quick-turnaround, paperless business loans without collateral. It counts over 2 million small businesses across 18 cities and towns as its customers. Its founders are IIT and ISB alumni with deep experience in the Fintech industry, from earlier stints in organizations like Axis Bank, Aditya Birla Group, Fractal Analytics and Housing.com. It has raised funds of over Rs. 100 Crore from finance industry stalwarts and is growing by leaps and bounds.

The company is looking for Assistant Vice President who will be handling overall Sales along with the leadership team.

Responsibilities include:

- Researching potential tie-ups for Business Development Market Sizing research, identifying potential new tie-up opportunities

- Increasing share of wallet in each of the existing customers by improving relationship at all levels in the platform

- Preparing team targets and strategy for each sub-sector along with the Sales Head

- Ensuring targets are well understood by the team

- Reporting and Monitoring performance to ensure that targets are achieved

- Developing on B2C strategy and ensuring maximum conversion of Leads received from multiple platforms

- Razor sharp Focus on making customer journey simpler to ensure maximum conversion and consistently reduce frictions

- Product Research and coming out with innovative Financial products solving Customer problems

- Identifying innovative products to increase share of Walllet from existing customers

- Preparing Presentations for various platforms Product Notes and Sales Pitches

- Working with marketing department and help in implementation of hyper local activities with the sales team.

- Hiring new recruits and train them to improve productivity

Desired Candidate Profile

- Out of the Box thinking

- Never say no attitude

- Proven negotiation skills, strong communication & presentation skills

- Experience in Financial Products / working with Startups will be added advantage

- Excellent and Innovative Microsoft Powerpoint skills

- MBA from top-tier institutes with 2-3 years of experience
