Job Description: AVP Project Management and Business Consulting

Candidate Summary:

- Looking for candidates from banking industry with PMO background having worked on large complex project preferably in retail risk domain.

Job role:

- Job holder will be responsible for identifying key operational challenges of the project in the capacity of a Project Manager

- Taking strategic initiatives and ensuring follow-through to drive initiatives to completion.

- Will be directing and managing various aspects of Operations Analytics and also own understanding and assessment of operational risks and controls of the project.

- Will also be responsible for process re-engineering and process management by providing ongoing analysis and decision support to improve productivity and governance in the assigned project.

- Should possess excellent communication skills and should be open for IC role.

- Should possess a Masters degree with minimum of 8 plus years of work experience.
