We have positions for Business Analyst (AVP level) with our Global Banking client based out at Bangalore / Hyderabad.  Domains:  - Retail Banking  - Wealth Management  - AML / KYC / FATCA / Due Diligence / Financial Crime Compliance.  - Trade Finance.  - Payments.  - Risk and Compliance.  Locations: Bangalore / Hyderabad  Please find below the details and JD of the position:  - The Business Analyst will work closely with Business Partners and Business Subject Matter Experts in the definition, testing, training, implementation, and support of functional requirements.  - The Business Analyst will assist staff in the as they elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis.   Serves as the conduit between the customer community (internal and external customers) and the software development team through which requirements flow.  - Solution Strategy.  - Elicitation Phase.  - Requirement Analysis.  - Implementation Support.  - Solution Assessment and Validation.  Experience:  - The Business Analyst should have a minimum of 9-18 years experience in technology, banking, and/or operations.   - Proven project management track record.   - In depth knowledge of business process development a must.  - Overall financial services industry knowledge with specific functional expertise.  - Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships.  - Working across cultures and in matrices organizational structure.  - Proven ability to manage staff, both direct and indirect.  Skills:  - Have an excellent knowledge project life cycle and methodologies.   - Strong facilitation and sound leadership skills.   - Negotiation, influence, mediation and conflict management skills.  - Ability to develop cohesive working relationships with business partners.  - Brainstorming.  - Stakeholder Management.  Knowledge Required:  - Business Rules.  - Change Control Systems.  - Data Models.  - Decision Analysis.  - Gap Analysis.  - Process Models.  - Stakeholder Management.  Qualifications:  - Any Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Science, Business Administration or a related field.
