About our Client - Our client is a leading global financial services giant. As part of expansion of their global analytics team, they are looking for a seasoned analytics professional that can play a critical role in building their Data Sciences practice.

Job Description - Reporting into the director, you would be responsible for leading a time while performing the following responsibilities :

- Develop next generation of decision sciences models and undertake cutting edge advanced analytics work

- Develop high impact data products & digital strategies to leverage the firms Big Data capabilities

- Craft and explore value of diverse data (internal and external) to drive next generation data science products

- Measure and monitor the organization's risk exposure through the use of mathematical models and the ongoing evaluation of the organization's loan portfolio

- Provide direction and guidance to specialists in all aspects of portfolio review and strategy

The Successful Candidate: As a successful applicant you should have :

- Bachelor's/Master's degree (Computer Science, MIS, Math, Statistics, Engineering) from top tier institutes like IITs, IIMs, DSE

- 6+ years of experience in Big Data and Machine Learning techniques along with experience of working in a financial services domain

- Strong analytical skills in conducting sophisticate analysis using bureau/vendor data, customer performance data and marketing data to solve business problems

- Solid exposure across Hadoop, Mongo DB, Pig, Hive, Python, SAS, SQL, UNIX, etc
