Should be experienced in consulting, solution designing and product development in Asset Finance or have done underwriting for products like loan, lease and assets  Department: BFS Asset / Auto Finance Service Line  JOB SUMMARY   - To build, lead, plan and manage the Asset / Auto Finance IT solutions in financial services for US, Europe and APAC for Global customers.  - Build & lead solutions for customers in Asset / Auto Finance technologies with partners   - Build custom solutions for large clients in financial services  - Build BPaaS solutions for mid-tier and start-ups globally.   - Lead and prepare / respond to global IT proposals and solution requests.  - This person will be responsible for providing leadership and management of leasing & lending technology operations to achieve the goals and objectives of the department. This is an important and visible role and we are seeking a leader who will bring in-depth leasing and lending technology relations and knowledge.  ACCOUNTABILITIES:   - Service Delivery of leasing & lending technology Operations for existing & new processes being added to Service Line.  - Manage client relationship for Global customers with CXO's like CIO, CTO, and CFO etc.  - Take additional technology services to the clients to expand scope of activities for Service Line as well as set-up middle & back office teams at Onsite Clients & internal teams.  - Manage relationship with software technology partners / vendors.  - Support wider IT in the leasing and lending transformation projects including technology implementation & upgrades.  - The person should have good end-to-end understanding of leasing technology domain & experience of working in Shared Service & Delivery environment is a plus  - Forecast and manage the technology needs of the clients, ensuring that the companies are able to meet the ongoing operational and capital investment requirements in technology. Maintain appropriate policies and procedure / data security to ensure control over transactional activities.   - Primary management of client relationships, software partners and other technology service providers.   - Oversee the annual P&L planning model and monthly revenue forecast preparation. Optimize delivery and short term defect management.   - Identify opportunities to improve client leasing & lending technology processes and drive efficiencies.   - Manage and direct all project management activities to be completed by Senior Project Managers.  REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS:  - This Person will report into Asset / Auto Finance Service Line Leader (VP)   KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:  - 15 years + of implementing, managing lending and leasing technology platforms, for large and small clients, globally.  - Specialized knowledge of leasing and lending requirements and how to adapt to localizations.  - Knowledge of GL, Invoicing, credit bureau and banking integrations software expertise a must.   - Advanced analytical, organization, and interpersonal skills.   - Advanced Multi-country stakeholder skills.   - Excellent collaboration, verbal and written communication skills.   - Able to break down multi-site projects into meaningful parts and come to rational and well-thought out project plans and delivery options.   - Comprehensive knowledge in leasing and lending business process environment, ability to create integrated technology and process solutions.  - Must at a minimum degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field with experience in leasing and lending   - Must have experience in integrating process and technology solutions.   - Responsible for implementing software application enhancements, upgrades, and maintenance  - Translated business requirements into new software solutions using a variety of technologies  - Must have a strong understanding of implementation / operations, policies and best practices.   - Must have a strong background in financial reporting and accounting.   - Must have executive leadership skills with the ability to build, manage and motivate a team. Prior management experience is required.   - Conducted training sessions for internal users on multiple software platforms  - Assisted in IT network and architecture upgrade projects  - Must have advanced analytical, leadership and communication skills.
