We are looking for a AVP - Audit & Compliance(ERM) with our client with a global presence based at Gurgaon.

Education : CA/ M.COM / Masters in Financial domain

Experience : 12+ years of Internal audit and Risk Management experience. Initial experience with a Big 4 firm and then with a large multi-national in IT/ITES domain.

CTC : Standard Industry Hike

Working Conditions : 12 noon - 9 pm, 5 days, Travelling - 15% ( International)

Technical Skills :

- ERM Implementation

- End to end Sox 404 Implementation experience

- Annual Risk Assessment and Planning

- Internal Audit, Process Review, Control Risk Assessment, SOP designing etc.

- Desired - Knowledge of FDCPA, FCPA, COSO framework, FTC and Debt Collection Industry business.

Job Description

Responsible for heading and managing the ERM function in India for both India Operations and their Indian Debt Buying entity. Also responsible to implement SOX in all non-US acquisitions. Provide requisite support to US for VCA and other ERM requirements.

Primary responsibilities include:

- Lead the India Annual Risk Assessment. Finalize/review the annual audit plan for both entities and agree with India and US stakeholders

- Update Risk assessment and the audit plan on six monthly basis to incorporate emerging risks.

- Review engagement scope with business leaders and team.

- Ensuring audits are conducted as per the plan, agree findings with stakeholders, prepare remediation plan and issue final report to appropriate stakeholders

- Lead the Global Sox Center of Excellence by implementing Sox for all clients acquisitions. Manage end to end project and stakeholders relationship.

- Ensure annual Sox compliance for Australian Acquisition and India

- Lead ICoFR compliance for Indian entities

- Lead other adhoc audits, Investigations, Management/Consulting reviews and provide management reports and updates.

Supporting all issuer audits :

- Supervise all US law firm related work done through India team

- Oversee policies and procedure review

- Hire, Develop, Mentor, motivate and retain the team.

- Strong knowledge & understanding of internal auditing standards/ techniques as well as general accounting methods, principles and practices.
