Risk Analytics--AVP and Ass manager roles (SAS Based)  Position in risk Analytics in Noida  About Global Analytics Unit :  Global Analytics Unit (GAU) is responsible for the risk management and credit analytics work for various clusters.  Overall job purpose of a this role is to drive value by forecasting and managing the P&L across all channels by delivering and leveraging key analytics. This role will be responsible for driving key analytics in the European Consumer Lending space to shape future business strategy and requires close collaboration with strategic stakeholders across the business. Deliver analysis to drive value-add action. This multi-channel and cross functional role will entail providing the appropriate analytical insight to aid in strategy development  Main Duties and Responsibilities :  - Transform high-level requests into focussed and specific analysis  - Synthesise analysis results to inform business issues  - Extend/ modify analysis based on observations/ knowledge of data and limitations, and implications of results  - Present and communicate results to Senior Management  - Contribute to business development activities and proposition development  - Share analytical insight with the commercial teams  - Work effectively with peers and management team to achieve shared business objectives  - Taking the initiative to identify new opportunities for enhancing/ streamlining services  - Formulate opportunities into proposals, share with the manager and implement  - Work effectively with peers and management team to achieve shared business objectives  - Contribute to the wider colleague agenda of the Central Analytics team  - Risk and Control Objective, Ensure that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements, Operational Risk Framework and internal Policies and Standards  Responsibilities :  - Commercial skills - Create and implement project task plans to accomplish business plan objectives.  - Conceptual thinking - Strong strategic thinker with good intellect and ability to focus on the whole portfolio of acquisition activities and their associated value generation.
