Job Description - Based out of Gurgaon and Reporting in to the Director-Analytics will have the following broad responsibilities :

- End to End Project ownership and Profit and Loss (P&L) Responsibility

- Work closely with Global top management stakeholders on Analytics and Strategic projects that will have a direct impact on the top line/bottom line of the company

- Perform Statistical Analysis on portfolio valuation, account movement, collections strategy, loss forecasting etcetera

- Play a leadership role in working with Operations/IT to define and develop technical solutions for new operational needs

- Manage a team of professionals across Risk Strategy, Collections Analytics, as well as Reporting and MIS

- Coach and mentor senior stakeholders across various Analytics functions

The Successful Candidate - As the Successful Applicant you will :

- Have a Masters Degree in Statistics/Economics/Management from a top tier institution like the IITs/ISI/IIMs/MDI/XLRI etcetera

- Come with 8+ Years of Relevant Business Leadership Experience with leading Financial Institutions

- Have 5+ Years experience using statistical tools like SAS, SQL etcetera

- Demonstrate Leadership experience of managing both advanced Analytics as well as MI resources

- Have the ability to liaison with international stakeholders

- Excellent communication skills and demonstrated executive presence
