HR AVP / Alumni Project Mgr with MNC BANK  The profile we are looking at is :   - MBA from a reputed institute - Top Tier 1 Institute Preferred Only  - 2-3 years of experience (preferably campus/ Alumni networks)- are some companies that have an active India Alumni Group.  - Strong understanding of Social Media engagement and content management  - Good communication skills (role will require posting content on LinkedIn and liaise with multiple stakeholders across the Region/ Group)  - Comprehensive understanding of LinkedIn as a platform, recruitment tool and engagement network (must have a current, active and robust profile)  Brief about the role :   - Role will be responsible for set up and day-to-day administration of the Alumni Network  - Role holder will work on launch, ongoing maintenance and management of the LinkedIn Alumni group including content management and internal/external communication to spread awareness about the group  - Role holder will be responsible for defining, tracking and reporting agreed measures to evaluate the effectiveness of the network as an employer branding tool  - Ensure engagement and drive participation of Alumni through the LinkedIn group  - Understand current engagement with Alumni across countries and implement best practices for the countries in-scope. Develop an action plan and ensure implementation to drive engagement with Alumni (with a focus on looking at Alumni as a recruitment talent pool- re-hires/ referrals)  - Keep up to date with standard and emerging best practices in the competitor landscape with regards to Alumni networks and share these practices appropriately across the region
