About our Client - Our client is one of the leading startup companies and has been growing at a very fast pace in India and globally. They have been instrumental in developing a great business model and have been able to achieve great success in the internet startup space. They have been able to raise funds from various VCs and have a sustained business model. They are looking for a AVP to handle the Ad Sales/Acquisitions for the Delhi market.
Job Description - Reporting to the Area Head, you will be responsible for:
- Increasing the penetration of business in the territory
- Aligning and delivering full year targets for all the accounts
- Forecasting the monthly and quarterly requirements for all the accounts
- Motivating and driving the team to achieve the targets
- Identifying the market competition and building strategy to counter it
The Successful Candidate :
- You will be a post graduate with 8-12 years of experience having managed large teams in his current or previous roles. An ideal candidate is someone who has worked in a matrix structure and at the same time is adaptable to work in a dynamic startup environment.
- You should have an experience of managing multi cultural teams across various industries.
