ME and APAC are currently the fastest growing markets for them and as a part of a five-year market leadership strategy, they are in the process of co-opting exceptional talent on to the leadership team in practice area building, business development and practice management.   Designation: AVP - Account Management  Vertical: Banking  Open Position: 2 (One position is based out of Dubai and another position is based out of Chennai)  This Particular role is to Lead and Build Relationships with BFSI Customers in the regions or specified accounts and is responsible for:   Strategic Account Mangement and Client Engagement for Key Accounts in BFSI.   Responsible for Revenue growth, Account Planning, Management and Retention, Solution management and Design, operations oversight and collaboration with global teams to ensure seamless delivery.  Be the Face and Represent the Organisation in the Region and drive a consultative Sales Approach and address Customer needs, expecially at CXO level.   Work with Cross Functional teams across the organisation to provide exceptional Customer Experience  Position reports to: Global Head - Account Management, he intern reports to Director   Required Skills   - Experience of 10-15 years in IT industry.  - Experience in Banking domain is a must   - Proven capability of handling revenue accountability of USD 4 to 6 Million during a financial year  - Ability to nurture client relationships over a sustained period  - Exposure in handling large project delivery  - Experience of working in US/UK markets   - Knowledge/Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle  - Ability to forecast and track key account metrics  - Listening, Negotiation and Presentation skills
