Main Priorities:

- Event planning & execution

- Drafting communication briefs for the agency

- Communication plan & execution around all contests / loyalty programs & events

- Supervise R&R contest redemption & process adherence

- Supervise Vendor identification with procurement, vendor negotiation & management

- Filing & documentation of all R&R initiatives

- Tracking events budget - projected vs actual

- Contest analysis

- Work on new initiatives at R&R. Eg - Mobile app, digital etc

- Strategy planning
