Assistant Manager - Consumer Insights  Purpose :   - The jobholder is responsible for executing consumer research projects and data analysis of secondary information.  Responsibilities :  - Collect data on consumers, competitors and market place and consolidate information into actionable items, reports and presentations  - Understand business objectives and design surveys to discover prospective customers- preferences  - Compile and analyze statistical data using modern and traditional methods  - Evaluate program methodology and key data to ensure that data on the releases are accurate and the angle of the release is correct  - Remain fully informed on market trends, other parties researches and implement best practices  - Strong project execution on internal improvement projects  Key Outputs :  - Creation of research decks for internal requirements  - Proactive development of agency relationship  - Timely completion of need based research projects  Qualifications :  - MBA from a premier institute and an aptitude for marketing ideas  Experience :  - MBA with 2 to 4 Years of experience in market research  - Experience should be in research agencies or similar roles in client side  Skills/ knowledge :  - Knowledge of research methods and tracking consumer feedback  - Exposure to various types of quantitative techniques  - Good verbal and written communication skills  - Excellent MS Excel and Power Point skills
