Manager will have accountability for driving service excellence for Customers where you will work cross functionally with a particular focus on managing order fulfillment & Communication to improve customer experience. The incumbent will be responsible for partnering with the sales, planning & operations teams in a collaborative fashion to ensure that we are adding significant value to the customer from a service standpoint and also developing new service initiatives to enhance our competitive advantages.  YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:  - You will identify, standardize, analyze and continuously improve Service KPIs via collaboratively working with both local customer service team and Service Execution team to achieve the service targets.  - You will identify, develop, and implement service programs to enhance customer value proposition and experience with AD service.  - You will oversee daily Delivery Service by ensuring Delivery MDI been executed effectively at plant, proper tracking process on causes of delivery failure with countermeasure. You will review and consolidate weekly & monthly Delivery Metric with Highlights/Lowlights  - You will liaise with Business, Supply Chain and Operations to establish a differentiated service by means of OTIF, Flexibility, Reliability, Capability, Next Day Delivery and other value added services  - You will work with cross-functional team to integrate VOC into business rules and regularly update service rules considering changing customer expectation and operational capabilities in consultation with sales, supply chain & operations  - You will standardize Customer Service workflow e.g. Ordering, Finishing & Exact Planning, Product Delivery. You will ensure effective deployment of standard practices.  - You will oversee EXACT Program for the country. You will ensure local Customer Service properly reviews program status & hold consultation with Sales/CFT to promote or decline EXACT offered programs  - You will lead customer scorecard reviews and ensure stated business benefits are derived  WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:  - Bachelor's Degree or higher in related fields.  - Good computer skills and strong command of English.  - At least 8 years- experience in manufacturing environment (preferably with multinational companies) with specific experience in production/material planning, inventory control and customer service  - Strong organizational skills in strategy, communication at all levels and execution.  - Strong leadership skills. Ability to lead, contribute, and influence others in a team-based organization
