BUSINESS UNIT : NBFC
REPORTS TO : Vice President / Director
JOB PURPOSE :
- Responsible for assisting seniors on deal execution and generate leads
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY :
Deal execution :
- Pre-sales support by preparing effective, customized sales pitches
- Doing preliminary credit analysis, building financial model, preparing detailed credit note for internal approval.
- Managing due diligence and documentation process to ensure efficient closure
- Outreach for deals
Client engagement :
- Engaging in all deal related issues
- Coordinating with client's team for getting all the required information
Ideation :
- Generating and following up on new deal ideas
Sector coverage :
- Mapping of assigned segment (product, geography or industry group)
Practice Development support :
- Supporting practice level initiatives for lead generation, capability development and brand building (organizing or participating in events, marketing programs, etc.)
KNOWLEDGE & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED :
- Post graduate from Tier 1 institutes with minimum one to two years of experience in Investment banking / PE funds, Banks, NBFCs, Credit Funds etc.
SPECIAL SKILLS REQUIRED (IF ANY) :
- Excellent logical and quantitative skills

- Excellent exposure towards industry specific deals
- Exposure towards handling the entire life cycle of deal
